Method of Preparation:
1. Heat the pan and splatter the whole cumin in butter..
2. Saute the onions, garlic and ginger in butter till Brown.
3. Blanch and Puree the Corn, grind the roasted almond into a paste along with almond milk and brown onion.
4. Add the Corn paste and cook, followed by the almond paste and cook further.
5. Add stock and let it simmer.
6. Season and adjust with salt, pepper and sugar (if required).
7. Finish with Fresh Cream.
Method of Preparation for Almond Crumble( Churan) :
1. Roasted almond cut into flakes
2. Chat Masala.
3. Amchur Powder.
4. Spicy Chilli powder.
For Garnish:
1. Pour the Hot soup into a Soup Plate.
2. Garnish with Almond Churan, and Coriander Leaves.
