Jal Bhara Sandesh with Roasted Almonds

  • 25 g
    Roasted Almond
  • 90 ml
    Almond Milk
  • 200 g
    Chana
  • 50 g
    Sugar
  • 50 g
    Jaggery
  • 20 g
    Almond powder

 

 

 

Method of Preparation:

  1. Cook Chana with sugar almond milk , cool it and mash it with roasted almond.
  2. Mix and melt Jaggery with Almond milk into a pourable liquid, add almond powder to it.
  3. Press and Shape the Sandesh into molds , make a cavity and fill it with the jaggery and almond mixture and seal it.

Garnish

  1. Roasted almond cut into flakes
