Spicy Almond Flakes

  • 2 tsp
    rapeseed (canola) oil
  • 250 g
    almond flakes
  • 4 Pcs
    long green chillies
  • 3 tbsp
    chopped coriander
  • 10 Pcs
    curry leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp
    ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 Pcs
    Lemon

 

 

 

Instructions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat.
Add the almond flakes and toast for a couple of minutes or until lightly browned.
Add the chillies, curry leaves, ground turmeric and chilli powder and stir well to coat the almonds.
Serve on a warmed plate with the lime juice squeezed over the top and salt to taste.
